I stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, and couldn’t resist taking a seat at one of the outdoor tables along a quiet street in Arles, not far from the Van Gogh Foundation. The Provençal cuisine was exactly what I was looking for, and a sweet French woman was waiting all the tables, making the experience all the more enjoyable. I took a lunchtime formule, and opted to start with the escargot, followed by roasted pork, and paired with a delicious red wine from Bordeaux.
