As one of the most gorgeous and unique buildings in Valencia, the Palau del Marqués de Dosaigües is impossible to miss. This decadent Rococo palace was formerly owned by Spanish nobility, since being built in the 15th century. The palace underwent several transformations over the following centuries and today it is owned by the Spanish government, where it houses a museum.

You can walk along the edges of the museum to catch a glimpse of its exquisite façade. The white-framed windows and balconies are laid upon warm caramel walls. The neoclassical sculptures along the black iron gated entrance are intricately formed and detailed, giving the walls depth and dimension.

I highly recommend walking by during your stay in Valencia…
