As much as I love researching where to go before I visit a city, some of my best discoveries happen by chance, which is one of the loveliest parts of traveling! Pistache was one of those discoveries. I happened to walk by this beautiful café during a walk through The Hague. The lime green chairs and marble tables outside caught my attention, so I had to try it out. The café serves a lovely assortment of coffee, snacks and lunch dishes inside and outdoors. The interior is decorated with bright green walls, colorful pillows and pink flowers. Outside, tables are lined up on the sidewalk, where you can watch the bicyclists pass by along the river canal. I had a cappuccino one morning here, along with a delicious vegan, gluten-free coconut chocolate cake. Afterwards, the Paleistuin garden lies just a few steps away…
