Before exploring the architectural wonders of Rotterdam, I stopped off for coffee at a local café called Hopper. This Dutch café is halfway between the central train station and Erasmusbrug, Rotterdam’s famous bridge, so it’s the perfect place to stop for a quick caffeine fix. The coffee is roasted in house and bread is baked on the premises, including treats like the yummy custard Hoppertjes I tried!
