Only a 12-minute walk from the Sacré Coeur, Le Grand Pigalle is a recent addition to the hospitality map of the 9th arrondissement. The hotel was opened this past spring by the same team who introduced three cosmopolitan cities to a little chain called the Experimental Cocktail Club. Proximity to Montmartre isn’t the only thing this hotel has going for it, as South Pigalle has become a destination in and of itself! After brunch, be sure to explore the area which continues to develop into a small mecca for hospitality by way of chic hotels and charming coffee shops and restaurants.

A dark navy canvas sets the mood for the lobby of this hotel which also functions as the restaurant. Warm browns and golden finishes make up the 20s-style interior. I ordered avocado toast, a latte and sparkling water as I sat in my cozy velvet seat at one of the tiny tables lining the windows.
