Aux Crus de Bourgogne is a popular steak restaurant in Paris not far from Rue Montorgueil. The name itself translates to “The Raws of Burgundy” in English. This 1900 restaurant is known for dishes that primarily focus on traditional Burgundian cuisine including steak. I had a delicious steak with bérnaise sauce here and enjoyed every bite!

  1. “crus” does not translate to raw in this particular case, but it is an expression related to wines, and could be translated as “vintage”.
